- Potential for Data Loss: You may experience bugs, errors, and data loss. We are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur.
- Incomplete Features: Not all features may work as intended, and functionality may be incomplete or change without notice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SnapItSaaS ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapIT Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
SnapIT SaaS / SnapIT Software respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
